Sagrada Familia / 3X

Small terracotta slab with a decal photograph of Barcelona’s former power station, Les Tres Xemeneies in Sant Adrià de Besòs, whose chimneys echo the spires of a cathedral. Next to it, a dark, textured mark balances the image and anchors it to the rough language of the surface. The bent iron wire used as a hook turns the slab into a hanging postcard, halfway between exvoto and wall fragment.
