Description:

A compact piece of contemporary archaeology, with a double side bracket that looks like a technical fixing or structural support. It has the feel of a worn industrial component, a fragment of something that once belonged elsewhere. The rough surface and darkened edges recall materials salvaged from a building site or a demolition.

Technical specifications:

Size: 8 × 8 × 9 cm (square base 8 × 8 cm, height 9 cm).
Materials: stoneware, slips, oxides, highfired glazes.
Technique: slabbuilt, handmodelled, textured finish and hightemperature firing.
Use: small vase/container for tiny plants, dried flowers, pens or other objects interior not watertight.
